Prison ou PROMIC
Interview with a 17 years old boy at PROMIC (M.K.):
- At which age did you start taking drugs?
M.K.: At the age of 12
- How was life on the street?
M.K.: the people in our nieghborhood and on the street were scares of all the things I did.
- How was your family?
M.K.: My mother stood always by me and tried to help me. From my father and systers, on the other hand, I received only criticism.
- How did you come to PROMIC?
M.K.: It was when I assaulted someone and my mother made me choose between prison or PROMIC. I decided to start therapy at the PROMIC rehabilitation center and it has changed me.
- What are your plans for the future?
M.K.: As soon as I will have completed the therapy program, I would like to go back home, complete schooling and learn a profession. Ans later I would like to have a family.
- How is the therapy going?
M.K.: it is not always easy, but there is always someone that assists and motivates us.
